Purpose #
This SOP provides a comprehensive guide on how to use the Campaign Creation Automation Tool to efficiently create and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon. It aims to streamline the process and ensure that users can follow along easily.
Scope #
This procedure is intended for all users of the Campaign Creation Automation Tool involved in setting up advertising campaigns.
Procedure #
Step 1: Open the Tool #
- Launch the Tool: Begin by opening the Campaign Creation Automation Tool on your device.
- License Verification: Upon launching, the tool will check if your license is valid. If your license is valid, a success message will pop up on your screen.
- Acknowledge the Message: Click the “OK” button to proceed.
- Access the Dashboard: After the tool opens successfully, you will see the main dashboard. This dashboard displays essential information about the tool’s validity and includes a button labeled “IMPORT AUTOMATION.”
- Import Automation: Click on the “IMPORT AUTOMATION” button. This action will make all necessary sheets visible for campaign creation.
Step 2: SKU Mapping #
- Navigate to SKU Mapping Sheet: Go to the sheet named “SKU MAPPING.” This sheet will have three columns:
- Column 1: SKU Naming Structure
- Column 2: SKU as per Amazon
- Column 3: Category Tag
- Paste SKU List: In the second column, paste the list of all your SKUs. Ensure that each SKU is correctly pasted as per amazon site.
- Assign Category Tags: Based on the category of each SKU, enter the corresponding short form in the third column. For example:
- If you sell items in multiple categories like “Night Wear for Women” and “Party Wear for Women,” you might use “NWW” for Night Wear and “PWW” for Party Wear.
- Create Unique Naming Structure: In the first column, ensure that your SKU names are unique and concise (preferably no more than three words). Replace spaces with underscores (_) or hyphens (-) for clarity. For example:
- For the SKU “Red shoes for school girls,” you could write it as “Red_Shoes_School_Girls” or “RedShoesSchoolGirls.”
- One-Time Process: This SKU mapping is a one-time setup. Once completed, you won’t need to change it frequently, making future tasks easier.
Step 3: Fill in ALL UNIQUE KW Sheet #
- Navigate to ALL UNIQUE KW Sheet: Go to the “ALL UNIQUE KW” sheet.
- Fill in Keyword Data: Locate the section labeled “PASTE YOUR KW DATA HERE.” Here’s how to fill it:

- Column B: Paste your search terms or keywords starting from cell B16 downwards.
- Column C: Enter a UNIQUE word for each keyword if you intend to create an exact match campaign based on the keywords in Column B.
- Columns D & E: Similarly, provide UNIQUE words for phrase and broad match campaigns.
- Enter Bid Amounts: In columns I, J, and K, paste the bid amounts for Exact, Phrase, and Broad match types respectively.
- Group Keywords: If you want to group multiple keywords for a single SKU, assign a group name in Column L. For instance, if you have ten keywords, you can divide them into three groups (3, 3, and 4 keywords) and name them G1, G2, and G3.
- Set Campaign Budget: In Column L, assign the budget you want for each campaign.
- Select Bidding Strategy: In Column N, select the bidding strategy. The default will be “Dynamic Bid (Down only).”
